Nigel is originally from a farming background in Southern Southland with an early professional career in rural banking with portfolios in Palmerston North, Gisborne, Central Otago and Waikato. He has been an Accounting firm Director since 2007, is the founding Chairman of the Morrinsville Chamber of Commerce, and a Director of Maheno Farms Limited. He is also a Chartered Member of The Institute of Directors, a previous finalist in CAANZ outstanding new member of the year (2010). Nigel is married to Ange, is heavily involved with the Morrinsville community and has 3 sons at High School and University.

As well as owning bloodstock, Tony has experience in dairy farming, and owns and manages a farmlet in the Waikato where he runs livestock and bloodstock.
Tony knows what it takes to run a successful business, having owned his own accounting firm, Tony Brown & Associates. He is currently a member of the Institute of Directors NZ and a past Director of the Waikato Racing Club.

Jeremy began his professional career in the banking and finance sector before transitioning to business advisory and accounting.
Jeremy has insight into a number of innovative, tech-based business tools, which he uses to help clients drive growth and create efficiencies. Jeremy is always looking at what’s next and how this will impact business owners and the rural industry.

Kassie achieved her Certificate of Public Practice in 2018, transitioning to the role of Associate.Kassie says seeing clients succeed or helping them during the tough times is a highlight of the job. She believes the technology used at MBS Advisors plays a huge role in this, with tools such as Xero, DairyBase, Figured, and Spotlight Reporting.

Liam completed his Certificate of Public Practice in 2023, transitioning to the role of Associate.
Liam enjoys creating meaningful client relationships with a focus on creating value for clients and their business.
Outside of work Liam is a keen sportsman and is always happy to chat about Rugby, Cricket, Rugby League, NFL and Horse racing.
