Trustee services

A trust is created when a person (the settlor) transfers property to named people (trustees) to be held for the benefit of people chosen by the settlor (the beneficiaries). Trusts can be complex – it pays to get advice from Chartered Accountants and business advisors if you are involved with a trust.
